I am writing to bring to your attention an important matter related to my recent move from a single sharing room to double sharing. This information had been duly communicated and updated with both the sales and billing teams.
As part of this transition, it was explicitly mentioned that the rent amount would be adjusted accordingly in the room rent. However, despite multiple reminders and notifications, there has been no acknowledgment or response from the billing team until the last moment.
I have now been informed at the eleventh hour that I am required to vacate the room today itself. This sudden notice has created significant inconvenience for me, especially considering the prior communication about the adjustment of rent.
