Myself Satyam Sharma and I am a businessman in satna , mp . There is an emergency and that day I had short of money , so I decided to take instant loan provided by various companies , and for this purpose I download an instant loan app named ” CASH LIGHTS” and applied for loan , by providing various information which are needed for taking loan . One thing I am going to tell about these companies that they could not provide big amt to the beginners and the company will decide that how much loan is given to beginners. On 3rd may 2022 , after providing all details the company is eager to give loan of 3ooo rs and after given all details I received a declaration that in the loan amt of 3000 they are giving only 1860 rs to me and remaining 1140 rs they had already deducted in the name of service and the tenure of loan is 7 days , I shocked to see that they are taking more than 38 percent in seven days in the name of service fees so I decided to cancel the loan and immediately I send message in whatsapp number which are already given in company app . In message I clearly stated to cancel my loan .I had requested to cancel the loan within 2 to 3 minutes after applying of loan . I had also sended several mails in the mail provided in company’s app.For cancelation I had sended more than 10 mails , I had proof of that but not a single reply from their side in whatsapp and mail both.
After few hours I received a message in phone that rs 1860 is credited in my bank ac after this I again send messages in whatsapp and mails but there is no reply from there side .
On next day a again send a mail to them in which I stated that OK I understand it is done by mistake so I am ready to send rs 1860 back to them and by this all the things are sorted down but no reply from their side . I sended more than 15 mails and several messages in whatsapp to sort it down by taking back rs 1860 but no reply .
After seven days they started sending messages that ur tenure is over and pay the whole loan amt ie 3000rs , I again send several mails stating that I had already request to cancel my loan it is not my mistake and I will give only 1860 rs to them but they don’t reply in this .
Now it is more than 4 days , they are compounding intetest and today I got the message to pay rs 4464 .They also started threatened calls in which they are using very bad language which is not acceptable in society .They had also access in my phone contacts and sening my photograps to my contacts asking them . To talk to me and ask me to pay the loan and by saying this they are using very abusive language . In my contacts list there are many seniors citizens with respected posts in govt but caller use abusive and bad words to them .
In the company app , the column of ‘about us ‘ is vacant which proofs test they are here gor doing frauds by taking huge interest and if someone not eager to Pay it they started threatened them and force them to Pay .
Sir pls file a complaint against this company and this is my request to ban these company which are taking very huge interest in the name of instant loan .sir here are details of this company which they providing in their app.
