I applied for a work from home job at DRL solutions, Gujarat. A guy named Karan Kumar( Cont No.- 8789702311) called me regarding the same and asked me for my Voter ID. They gave me a form filling work, for 7 days and to complete 1200 forms. Then they will give me the amount of Rs 25 per form, after deducting Rs 6700, and if I am not able to complete the work, I wiil have to pay the penalty of Rs 6700. They hired me on 30th May,2020 and From the first day I declined the offer and said them that I don’t want to work for the company and informed the same to the Madam(Contact No: 7265801580) who hired me. Today(Tues,9th June,2020 10:55:45 GMT+0530) I have received an email for Peding Payment Reminder, from the email id legalsunilchahun991@gmail.com, asking me to pay the money. On 9th June, 2020 at 01:22PM I got a call from Advocate Jayant Desai from Aurangabad and cibil Court, Maharastra. According to him the DRL Solutions Fraud Company has assigned a Legal complain against me which is Case No: 4568367 and I have not paid the compensation payment on the company loss. They don’t want to here me that when I have declined to work for the company then how can they ask me to work?? He has called me for 3 times that you did fraud with the company and a case is been registered on you and asking me to pay the fine or be ready for legal procedures, and also threatened me to file a complaint against me in the court. Kindly help me with this issue. SInce I am at no fault in this situaton. I am being harassed again and again, I am receiving calls and mails to pay the money. I am receiving calls from Advocate Jayant Desai (Contact No.- 7265862734) who does not talk like an advocate and misbehaves and call which is highly unacceptable. Please suggest me what should I do because I had no job so I joined the company in this Lockdown and this company only cheats.
