Today i.e 20th August, at around 6pm I booked a cab from indrive from Greater Noida to Kamla Nagar, Delhi for which the Driver Sandeep – Hyundai Accent white UP16FT9383 accepted the ride. After accepting the ride he called me and demanded extra fare, and said that the ride will not have the AC when clearly I booked one with AC. Upon confronting he demanded extra for AC and started abusing me. I disconnected the call. He again called me and said he is standing outside my society with his peers and will wait for me to come outside or will come inside the society to kill me and again abused me verbally. As a female living by herself, this kind of threat is not something I would take lightly. I immediately reached out to indrive support but they ended the chat within a minute stating they had no agent available.
