I have sent below mail to Airtel but no response.
Greetings for the day.
I have received below notification messages from Airtel:
Received on 25/Jan
Your Airtel pack ends TOMORROW. If not recharged, Rs45 will be deducted on 26-Jan-21 for 28days validity. To recharge click u.airtel.in/FDP2 Ignore if done
Received on 26/Jan
Your Airtel pack ends TONIGHT. Recharge now else Rs45 will be deducted & validity will be extended for 28days. To recharge click u.airtel.in/FDP2 Ignore if done
Received on 27/Jan
Airtel Unlimited Pack expired on 26-Jan-21.You have been given 7 days grace on validity. If not recharged,Rs45 will be deducted from balance on 03-Feb-21 for 28days validity.To stop the debit,dial*121*777# or recharge now
Please explain below details:
1) Why it is mentioned in 25/Jan message that Rs45 will be deducted on 26/Jan when my pack validity was untill 26/Jan.
2) When as per policy after pack expiry 7days validity available for incoming calls, then when such threat messages on daily basis that amount will be deducted on 26/Jan itself.
This messages are sharing wrong information and making mental pressure on user by sending threat messages of amount deduction.
Expecting proper explanation for the above from Airtel team.
