I have booked a new connection with Airtel taking 6+1 month connection of Broadband and paid advance ₹4950.

Company asks me to pay the bill every month, as their person not updated well in system, they keep on asking me to contact and sometimes they talk to him(Deepak -98933 03640, New Market Office, Platinium Plaza, Bhopal) , they also message me Services will be stopped and keep calling all day for making payments.
I had contacted Mr Shoeb(808579848) also who booked connection from home. He said he will update and said he had submitted payment, not said anything more.
Mr Deepak is also not responding and clearing payments as he said he would do, even after making him remind many times accornidng to bill deadlines.
I am frustrated with this every month follow up and calls and messages I had complaint the same on Airtel also but they said Deepak will do the payment.
Kindly help me out of it, it frustrates , hampers work, wastes time , please do the needful .
