I bought some products from firstcry worth Rs 1661 on 9 th September through PayTM from my Bank, though my Paytm account is not linked to the bank. But I returned one product worth Rs 988.09 on 15 th September and the same amount is refunded but amount is not credited to my account.
Also I bought on 15th September worth 1674 but cancelled some products worth 1364, same amount is refunded but not credited to my account.
When I mailed firstcry, they are saying they initiated refund and check with the same by giving me transaction IDs of refund.
