Text of Complaint by P S V Sharma:

on 9th instant 978 rupees online payment for phone no 9962080272 and 994000267 has been done through SBI bebit card.The statement from bank has been sent to Mr. Manoj Soni ,who promised to trace the amount if the details of bank transaction is sent to him.After sending the request with bank statement attachment through Email thee is no proper reply from AIRTEL .I had again paid the said amount for continuous phone service ,though a day after the last day on which the payment was to be paid.Pl recover the amount or help adjust the same against this month phone bill.which i have to pay by 4thMay.
