Dear Sir,
It being a long time almost 2 months going to be . But there has no solution and action been done by Thomson . It’s very unfortunate that the product (Washing Machine Thomson 6.5 kg Semi Automatic Top Load Blue, White ) the drier portion aren’t working since 2 month . Almost 6-7 time I have placed the complaint but not action has been taken at their end .
And also Thomson has authorised a service manager contact no but it is very sad that there has no action being taken by his end and also he is not used to pickup up the phone since 1 month . (Service Manager Details – Name- Raja Nayak , Contact No – +91 86580 40432)
So, I hereby request kindly please give me solution which I could get out from this problem .
