I bought a thomson R9 led tv 24 inch from flipkart. And tv is delivered after 2 days of delivery date. Then i open the tv box then there is wall mounting is missing from the box. And i complaint to flipkart on same day evening. And they create a issue on their application and said to me that wait for 72 hours your problem is solved by their technical team. And i wait and call after 3 days then same process revised with me again.then after 2 days i call them and they said wait for 48 hours. This process revised till now but not give any solution by them now the return tab on flipkart app is hide. So i am unable to return that tv. And i complaint them on twitter but no response. Please help me for this.
