I have purchased Thomson TV 32 Android on Oct 24. Within 2 months the remote is not working. When reached to Brand and Flipkart they are saying to ship the old remote to get new remote. My location is on Chennai and the Branao wants me send to DELHI. So it gonna cost me. I said let BRAND gives the remote through local tech team and I get it. But they are resistant. Flipkart also not helping l, saying to purchase from local market. I just want my remote exchanged but more than a month now till now it is not resolved.
