I have purchased Thomson tv on Nov 2019 and within 5 months remote stopped working. I have contacted the customer care to replace it and they have asked to send the old remote to thier address and it was sent by us. But still they have not delivered new remote and almost 5 months over now raised the complaints. And I have purchased extended warranty for this tv also. So tv remote need to be replaced at the earliest.
