We bought a Thomson TV from flipkart ALONGWITH 3years of extended warranty via their authorised provider called “Jeeves Consumer Services”.
The TV stopped working and it has been more than 1 months since we have contacted Jeeves and they told me that we have to send the tv at service centre and make sure will resolve the issue but suddenly they told me we are providing the refund money of your tv and i tried to call from date of 29 September but still I there has been no resolution at all. On top of that, Jeeves’ representatives have repeatedly tried to make a fool of us by giving false information repeatedly. They told me we will refund the proceed of amount 8237/- but still they are didn’t do that I very disappointed with Jeeves service and please if possible so arrange the call my registered mobile number 8564882881. Kindly look in to the matter and provide me the refund of my bank account which I have sent to Jeeves otherwise I have escalate to this matter and report the consumer court because I have not tolerated to this matter.
