Text of Complaint by ARIJIT SAHA:

I have launched complaint to flipkart but it was out of flipkart and thomson warranty, then I launched my complain to JEEVES CUSTOMER CARE on 27/7/2023, because my TV screen developed several black spots on the screen right from the bottom to its two sides and a hdmi port was also not working,Untrained technician came after 2 or 3 days and checked unskillfully and also mis fit my TV panel and refit on wall and asked me to complain to flipkart again and I argued with him but again approached to flipkart and that complain with flipkart is under process. But I again launched a complain of negligence to Jeeves because at the time of buying my product on 19/03/2022 from flipkart, I bought a 3 years complete protection from Jeeves, but now Jeeves reluctant to repair my TV within warranty period, is it a joke, I want my compensation.
