Bought Thomson 9A series TV few months back and it’s having problem since it was delivered. TV is in under warranty. Since so many days writing emails to Thomson customer care and some how last week technician visited and confirmed that TV has got motherboard issue and has to be replaced but they are not responding. I got cheated as Thomson India doesn’t care after looting money from the customers. Kindly help me in getting my refund.
