This online shop delivered me wrong product.

I orderd 2 cargo pants and it gave me 2 useless torn shirts . I mean what is this is it worthfull now I want ti return it but it is not possible I want my money back
I too received my parcel today and instead of 2 cargo pant they sent me old torn jeans and there is no way to contact them.
So is there any other way to get our money back??
