seriously we are unhappy to inform you that your JIO INTERNET service and NETWORK service is performing too WORST & BAD in our area. after having a well-known brands 5G mobile phones and after having your so called 5G recharge plans, we are not supposed do a single Call, SMS also,
with your irresponsibility we people are facing so many problems in our daily life,
EXAMPLES:
*Medical emergencies
*Official emergencies
etc….
A day before yesterday only in our area a small baby got some medical emergency (baby eat some item by mistake while playing in the house) and when their parents take that baby to hospital DOCTER asks about the item which that baby had eaten. but unfortunately, parents forgot to take that item with them in a hurry because they were sked, and then they are trying to Coll the person who was in the home to ask him to send the photo off that item.
BUT because off your WORST JIO SIMS NETWORK service the call was not connecting only, and after 20/30 attempts its connected but after that again because off your WORST JIO INTERNET service the picture off that item was not sending only.
see such as this problem we are facing so many problems like these in our area so please solve these INTERNET AND NETWORK problem as soon as possible and don’t give us the chance to take a next step off this complaint.
