This is with Reference no. REF683909 wherein flight tickets were not booked.the tickets frm delhi to Darbhanga was not booked however money was deducted. Now I am chasing travolook from past 1 month to get refund but not getting that. Everytime the customer care informs to wait for six to seven days and it’s been 1 month now. They are not refunding my amount.
