Respected Sir,
I anurag Chaurasia from India have been called by contact no.(+918339805298) on behalf of Naukri.com and she said me that you have to do data entry with 90% accuracy in five days and we will pay you 18000rs and the registration fee will be deducted only first time from your salary. So, I started working. They did not tell me earlier If there is an agreement type. They simply asked me my photograph and my signature. Then after sometime they sent me an agreement(Attached below) to my mail in which there are different type of charges mentioned in case I don’t complete my work. After 5 days, A boy named (SURINDER SINGH) he was speaking as an advocate told me that I have breached company policy and now they are taking legal action against me and I have to pay 4,50,000 in court. And they also said me if I don’t want any case so Just send us 16,500 right now. I don’t know what to do. So I Just blocked that no. because I was so scared that time. No. Don’t worry. These are total frauds. They are trying to extort money from helpless people by scaring them. You can file a complaint against them with a Govt website at https://cybercrime.gov.in/. If you do that, these fraudsters will then not harass you.
This is the best way forward.
I also advised my friend to lodge complaint with CID Cyber Crime of Gujarat and Mukesh Shah’s suggestions are even better.
DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY. THEY WILL COME BACK FOR MORE AND MORE.
KICK THEM OUT. STOP RESPONDING OR GETTING SCARED. THEY ARE ALL FRAUD AND CAN’T GO OR DO ANYTHING IN ANY WAY.
THEY CAN ONLY HARASS.
Complain at Cyber Crime Cell. Lodge an online complaint.
