This is regarding the TATA SKY DTH  there was lag in the signal we just called up to customer care to check why this is happening they said they will check by sending a person to the place and when he came he just asked us to do the reset the box thats it and they have charged Rs.150 from our tata sky dth account and our account was deactivated. I really cant understand what work was done to charge Rs.150 and that to deduct from my dth account without my notice. If i call to the customer number there is no response at all even you have enough balance in the account it is prompting me to get the loan of 10 rs and itseems they will deduct 13 Rs. from my next recharge. What kind of service they are giving i need a proper response from the Tata sky management and i need explanation on my amount deduction. If they cant provide the customer care service why do have the useless customer care number. This is pathetic service am sorry to say this infact worst ever.
