My name is saifran Khan and I’ve ordered wildwolf bycycle on 12th October and the package was shipped on 31st October after that i got one tracking number on the amazon app for my order and when I track my package it’s shows incorrect tracking number so from 31st of October I’ve started calling amazon customer service that the tracking number is wrong but all agent told me that your order will be delivered on time. But after two days again i called and agent told me the same it will delivered by 6th November to 20th November and my order was not delivered by 20th November yet and all Escalation manager told me that after buffer time my refund will be initiated but it is also not initiated yet. So I want compensation because I was waiting for my order from more then one month and amazon kept my money more then one month and reason why I’ve ordered this cycle because due to my health issue doctor consultant me for jogging and cycling for my health and I’m not able to do cycling just because of amazon and it’s been more then one month and I was not able to order any bycycle from anywhere If I have any problems with my health then who will responsible for that so one of your escalation manager told me for my compensation he transfered this case to ECR team and they will contact me within 24 to 48 and nobody contact me yet. I want a call back immediately from ECR team for my refund and compensation because amazon are doing metal harassment to me I’m a prime customer you have taken my money and not delivered the order for so long now otherwise I’m going to file a complaint to Consumer Court.
