Sir,
my airtel no.9870063896 was disconnected for a certain period between aug & oct2019. but i wished to get it back and had cleared the outstanding of2,062 on 8th no 2019 with assurance of getting the number back but I have been denied with excuse of company policy ,the number is still available and i want it to be allotted to me as I have been using that number for quite a few years. I have been doing rounds of airtel gallery(Prabhadevi) but have only received excuses.
I hereby request you to kindly look in to the matter soon as i am ready to pay the reconnection charges.
