I have booked Nextra connection on 29-March 2020 but no one has come for connection. Payment already done in advance of Rs 2122. After few days, I initiated request for refund. I have been taking followup since last more than 6 months but they are not giving refund amount. I always one reply from them that they are working on it. Nextra is totally fraud company. They have looted money in this lockdown period
