This is regarding a split ac i purchased from outlet in Pingle , on 1/1/2020.
In july 2020, i raised a request at customer regarding my ac not giving a proper cooling. They sent an executive and confirmed that he will charge rs. 400 for a visit since my product was out of warranty.
An executive came he said their is some part is not working and he has to replace it for which he charged rs.1600 (Ac repairing invoice attached).
After a week i faced the same issue and raised the complaint at both and customer care. Again an executive visited this time he said compressor of my ac is not working it need to be replaced and compressor is under warranty their will be no charge for it. But company will charge extra around rs. 2400 for gas refilling.
Now i have following complaints:
1. Why did first executive replaced the part and charged rs.1600 if issue was with compressor? Executive which came later confirmed their was no need to change the part.
2. Its been only 1 year and compressor has stopped working and if gas was leaked due to faulty compressor than why i am liable to pay for refill? In total because of faulty compressor which is as per company is under warranty for 5 years i have to pay total rs. 2400) just after 1 month of product warranty expired.
