This is for your kind notice that my scooter Ola Air (Order ID: OET-502021621120223-CWI965) that I purchased just two months back is not working now.
No display no moment no charging indication.
We were trying since last week to start but no process.
Kindly look into this urgently.
How is it possible to face such issue in just two months.
It’s un-acceptable. We wrote to customer care & we spoke with experience centre so many times but no solution yet.
Finally we have handed over the scooter to ola workshop centre*

I am very sorry to tell you that your service is very poor and not worth recommending to anyone.
I booked Ola air scooter on 07th August and received it on 21st September from your Ola centre. Order id – OET-502021621120223-CWI965
Within the second month of receipt (after travelling only 77 kms), it stopped working, it stopped charging due to which we suffered huge losses, we had to resort to autos and cabs which proved to be very expensive. Because it was Diwali time.
We tried hard to get some help at the right time but it did not happen. Finally on 14th November we had to deposit the scooter at your service centre. That day we talked to Mr. Suraj Goyal and he said, please give us the scooter. After that Mr. Suraj Goyal stopped taking our calls.
Received an email on 28th November in which it is written that the battery of the scooter is damaged, we will repair it if you give money, but we will not invest any money in your product now, it is out of our budget. Asking for money even after we have insurance is your secret policy which is not acceptable. We asked for the database which we have not received yet.
Today is 3rd December and today we are feeling very regretful and cheated because today we neither have the scooter nor the amount that we have given to Ola Company.
We have now decided to go to court so that we can get some help. And we want to tell everyone not to buy any of your products because they are defective.

The service of OLA electric is very poor. Govt of India should take note of this and ban this company with compensation to the buyers.
