This is Ajay Asnotkar( Son of Subhash Asnotkar) My consumer no is 020011804366. My compliant is – Since lockdown we are not using electricity too much because me and my family is at village since March 20 to August 20 due to COVID, but still we received the bills per month Rs.3000 and above..the main question is in the month August 20 the electricity of mine home totally shutdown except only fridge but still we are getting bill of Rs.3000 and above in the month of August 20 as well.
We are not able to understand in a individual consumer area how this is possible,how’s the monthly bills are so much higher. ealrier also we had raised complaints to MSEB throgh written letters no of times regarding higher bills but none of the action taken yet.
Am requesting you Please take up this matter on high priority basis and investigate.
