I received the ordered products on 4th December 2023, and to my dismay, the items were not only different from what I had ordered but were also in a damaged condition. The advertised combo of 2 cargos for Rs. 899 was not fulfilled, and the received items do not match the description provided on the website. Furthermore, the delivered products showed visible signs of damage, making them unsuitable for use.
Upon discovering these discrepancies, I attempted to reach out to Broodz.in for support or information regarding their return policy. Unfortunately, there was no response, and I found no information on their website regarding a return policy or any customer support avenues.
