I have done an amazon payment on 23 oct. Then i cancelled it and then Amazon issue me a refund of 240/- but the refund amount hasn’t been credited yet. I have confirmed from Amazon that they have successfully issued the refund and now fampay is just issuing me ticket over tickets. And no reply just the bot messages.
