Jukaso journeys offered to provide hotel service and I paid an amount of Rs. 35000/- as down payment, however i decided to terminate the plan and accordingly mailed them and called them regarding the same, but all in vain. Did not receive any call from them even after talking to the agent who booked us this plan. It’s been more than two years now but i haven’t yet received my refund. I really urge this customer complaints court to help me receive my refund amount as well as considerate damage amount from the Jukaso journeys.
