Text of Complaint by Vaishali Arora:

I raised a complaint on 27th April 2025 regarding a complete internet outage, and since then, I’ve been calling Jio customer care every single day, but no one is taking any action. The support team is completely unresponsive and keeps giving false promises without resolving the issue. They initially claimed the problem would be fixed by 30th April, but even now, they continue to delay it without any justification. This kind of negligence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Their service is absolutely pathetic, and it’s clear that they have no intention of actually helping customers. I’m extremely frustrated with this repeated ignorance and poor service.
