I ordered a gopalji’s singhasana for my gopalji from an instagram page named balgopaladress_kunj and I liked that singhasana so I ordered it and I paid for an amount of 2680 via paytm.After waiting for 15 days I messaged her and asked her to send me the tracking id of my order so that I can track it.She kept ignoring my all messages and then after 4-5 days she sent me the tracking id.So in total after 20-25 days I received my order.When I opened the parcel I was totally shocked to see what actually she sent the design was completely different as compared to what I ordered and also the singhasana was made out of boxes which were so thin and the singhasana was damaged also the flowers were totally different and when I messaged her that what have you sent this is not at all similar also this is so different.She blocked my and didn’t reply me and when I contacted her through a different number she answered me in an absurd way and she said that yes I will am not at all guilty for this.
