I regestered complaint on 13th July 2022 I was unable to connect my office VPN and other office related services. All other social platforms were working fine. I called customer care and registered complaint and they assured me technical person will visit same day 13July between 3-4 PM time slot, but it didn’t happened. I called several time same day but got no result. I called next day and asked them to connect me with some higher management but then they again begged and assured that technical person will definetily visit today but again it didn’t happed. No one came to resolve issue. Today is 18th and my internet stopped working and I called again to customer care but again there is no result. My office work got impacted and got warning from HR and Manager. If something happened to my job, be ready to provide me job on double pakage.
