My name is Suryakant Gosavi. I am a customer of MSEDCL and my consumer number is 020203311622. This complaint is regarding high bill in the month of June 2020. I received a bill of Rs.2140 for 446 units in the month of June and according to MSEDCL , they have included the basic amount of average bills from the months of april and may in the bill of June. They did so because the metre readings were not taken in april and may, and due to this the bill we got in the month of June is higher. But, main problem is that I got the average bills of Rs.570 and Rs.700, both for 100 units for the months of april and may respectively. I paid both these average bills online before respective due dates. So now if they are sending me a bill for the month of June which includes last two months bill also, then what happened to the average bills which I paid in the months of april and may. So please look into this matter asap.
