This complain is about the online loan app PAPA money who asked for documents to verify but without my permission they gave me a loan . But after that i repay the loan but they take the money and still shows it over due then also charging interest on it and make my cibil score down . some of there agents called me and my family members uses very bad language and threatened me to harass every day .
Please the justice of India take a any action against this app and please give us justice
