Debit order for R97 from this company i dont know what is it for they didnt get my permission for this i only wanted cellphone from them and i didnt qualify so i dont know why they are taking my money from me for what

Why u deducted my my money because I didn’t get the phone, everything we agreed with phone finder was just collapse so as they transferred me you, how come you debited my my money cause I don’t get data, minutes or airtime, insurance as well, as an agreement, now I’m using cheapest phone cost around R150, I need my money back, because they failed to give me a smart phone, you were supposed to confirm first since you know you with them
