Text of Complaint by Ievgenii:

I have been a customer of this site since 2019. I replenished the account a lot, partially withdrawn, bet in singles and express. Recently, I began to win more, so once again making a request for withdrawal, I was refused and demanded a “Request for Documents”. I sent all the necessary documents, passed the verification. But I received an answer in the mail:
“We inform you that we have made a decision to terminate cooperation with you (closing a gaming account) on the basis of the General Provisions of the Rules of the Bookmaker. The decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation by our Security Service. We ask you not to create gaming accounts in our company.
> In view of the fact that your actions are a gross violation of the rules of our company, the decision to terminate cooperation is final and not subject to revision.
> All requests from you on the topic of blocking will be ignored.

> You can withdraw funds in the amount of the amount of the deposit.”
I don’t understand what I’m accused of. I don’t have any “duplicate accounts” on this site. Before the start of the proceedings, there were UAH 133,100 on my account, UAH 46,762.17 were made available for withdrawal, i.e. they took 86337.83 UAH from me. The amount of deposits I made on the site is also much larger than what they made available for withdrawal. I have all relevant screenshots.
