I applied for part time job online and then they contacted me and told me that I have to fill 450 forms in 5 days with 100% accuracy. I told them it is not possible for me to fill 450 forms in 5 days as I am searching for part time only which means I can give only 2-30hours per day. But they said that you will get payment of you fill more than 100 forms. No need to fill 450 forms and asked for a written statement for their terms and conditions. Then I asked them to give me time to read it but they said that it is 12 page document which would take time to read and we need confirmation immediately otherwise we would give some other candidate this job. The
Now I submitted my work after 5 days and I have 130 no. Of forms and now I received this mail.

Subject:- Breach of Contract.
Dear Sir,
Under instruction and on behalf of my client Ms. Career Job Portal CJP(OPC), Corporate Office No. SH 35, Opposite Whitefield Busstop, Dodsworth Layout, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 545066, India, I do hereby serve you with the following notice:-
1. That my Client Ms. Career Job Portal CJP(OPC) entered into an agreement with you dated 9/28/2021 1:22:10 PM (hereinafter the Agreement)
1. That in terms of the said agreement you are required to pay the service charges as per clause 2.2, 3(C),6 of the contract.
2. That it has come in Notice to my client that you have breached the contract in the following manner-
(i). DIDN’T COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN TIME FRAME WORK.
(ii). DESIRED ACCURACY NOT ARCHIEVED.
3. That the specific clause which are violated or breached significantly are Scope of Work, Plan Details, TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION OF TRANSCRIPTION.
4. That on behalf of my Client I demand that you rectify the breach immediately and take the following steps on your part to make good the breach done by you-
(i). CLEAR THE DUES OF COMPANY
(ii). TAKE THE NOC FROM COMPANY
Within 12 HRS of time period you are required to take above specific actions.
• That on failing to take the above stated steps, I will take appropriate legal action against you seeking all remedial and punitive remedies that are available under the applicable laws.
• Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872,
• Kindly clear the dues towards our clients and resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid law suit.
• Kindly pay the charges at the earliest otherwise it will lead to legal consequences and a legal case will be filed against you in the Bengaluru Court
