I am the regular user of Airtel Connections and currently using one Sim as 9007891092 and another WiFi Connection.
Bur had a very bad experience for the fresh connection bearing the number as stated above. This number was activated after lot of follow up from the date of my application and activation happened on 10.09.2020 though sim was inserted in my iPad on 02.09.2010.
Then used this sim for a period till Ist Week of Oct 20 after which service was withdrawn without any alert.
This is unfair and unethical.
Request to reinstate this number without any further delay as I can not time and again submit the documentation.
No solution provided despite repeated requests and persuasion with the Senior Customer Care Executive.
Expect quick action and resolving the issue please.
