Having SIM issue since 2months and not resolved by anyone 121, appellate, @Airtel_Presence no one.
This is how you treat a long term customer? 100 mails sent multiple visits to the store no help.

case history:

I have sim issue and am stuck in Australia due to COVID.
I have requested for a third party SIM swap as my sim suddenly stopped working after a Wifi calling configuration message appeared on my mobile.
Since then I have ask my brother to visit and submit all related documents along with video call proof so he can get a sim on my behalf.
Now the issue is Vijayawada Circle team need an email confirmation to process my request as the location of documents are in Andhra and they need confirmation from Karnataka circle.
Visited on 27th of May and
also revisited on 13 th June
Also visited 3rd July
The team said they need Approval/Confirmation from the Karnataka circle.
