Text of Complaint by Sreeraj T Sreenivas:

Since Saturday Evening (17-10-2020 08:19:16PM), our above mentioned GTPL Connection is not working Attached Screenshot).  I had waited for One Day, But no development, then by Monday (19-10-2020) have raised a complaint vide Ticket# 7133273.  Still there is no response received from their team.

I had tried to contact their Team on daily basis, But No one responded to my calls. I usually calls Mr. Jaydeep:- +918401111810.   He was also not attended the calls.

And Total Three to Four connections in my Apartments & Today one of their person had came to resolve the Matter & all other connection were restores except mine.  When we requested him to restore our connection, then he said that “he won’t to do”.

Later i had put a mail to their support team, they were also not responding.

My advise to our friends is that “Never go for a GTPL connection, seek some other alternates. When we are asking for a new connection they will come same day & collect the payment. Later we have to follow up on daily basis to fix the connection. Servise is below than third class “
