I got a call from the Think1 Business Solution (https://think1.co.in) agency in August 2024 and they said that they’ll help to search and apply for a job change based on my experience in the MNC. They asked me to pay only the registration fee of INR 5599 and no need to pay an extra fee for that. And they said that my profile got selected by TCS and they arranged a phone call interview for the first round of interviews, but they asked me to pay the Employment Verification Fee of INR 18999, the Interview Demonstration Fee of INR 16999, and the Professional Digital Demonstration Fee of INR 26999 after the first round of the interview and they asked me to pay for the INR 122500 security deposit amount and the INR 145833 TCS bound amount after the second round of interview. After a few days, they asked me to pay for the Top Management Profile Fee of INR 75500, the Educational Verification Fee of INR 13999, and the Legal Verification Fee of INR 31999 within the next 24 hours of releasing the TCS offer letter. I realized in the last few conversations with the agency that if they want me to pay some amount, then they just called me and said that I was selected for the role or we are working on your offer letter but I need to pay some verification fee to us. I can feel that they cheated me from the first transaction onwards. They committed to getting the job offer for me and I waited for more than 60 days to get the job, but I didn’t get it and then asked to refund the amount. But they said that they would refund 75% of my money and they won’t give the remaining 25% of my money because it’s their processing fee and the GST amount. They failed to deliver the committed result for me and they are responsible for the result. However, they asked me to pay their processing fee and the GST amount. I don’t have words to describe your cheating process. But I raised the refund request 2 months ago, and they said that I could get the refund in the next 30 days. But still, I didn’t get it from them. They are always making false promises. I can realize that they are a fake and a scam agency for the job and money as well.
