Was told, after that it was told by Counselor Shivansh Guptay. For your verification, you will have to give your Aadhar card, PAN card, bank passbook and a cash cheque, only after that the course will start, after that all these documents were given by me, after that it was told by the counselor that if the course can be cancelled. Yes, you will have to call within 15 days of receiving the product, which I received the tab and back from the company on 30.10.2023, after that when the child did not understand the course and did not understand anything in the online class. When I came and as told by the counselor, the company said that the installment will be fully paid in 15 months, then on 11-11-23, I called the company’s mobile number +919241333666 to cancel the course. I was told about the course cancellation, which was told by the customer care of the company that you will get a call from the cancellation department within 24-48 hours, even after this when no call came, then I have been continuously contacting the company since 14-11-2023. Called the customer care number of the company, when they told me that an email has to be sent, then I contacted the counselor through whom the email ID was given, after that I emailed to cancel the course on 23.11.2023, which was rejected. Ticket No. 2620623 was received, after which calls and messages started coming from the company regarding depositing the installment of the loan amount, no loan has been taken by me, even after this I repeatedly contacted the company through email and customer care. Despite repeated phone calls, the course is not being canceled and a loan has been started in my name along with my personal documents without my knowledge. After this, due to continuous messages and calls by the Finance Department, the applicant, his wife and child are being harassed and are being forced to take online tuition, which is causing harm to the child’s future education and mental health. Has been.
It is a request to Mr. Ji that the course has been sold by the counselor of BYJU’S Company by giving wrong information and the documents have been misused, and the company is demanding tuition fees even after not teaching, hence BYJU’S Counselor Shivanshu. Please take appropriate legal action against Guptau Jabalpur (8770013369) and other Byjus companies.
