I completed my first task they started giving me order that is beyond me and now I can’t withdraw my money please help me am just a single mother trying to survive

Good evening my name is Rahamat kabiru I was given a task above my balance so I had to go to my bank app to recharge my balance,which I did and after that I went back immediately to complete my task but my balance was transferred to return principle and also to return commission now I can’t go further to access my task and can’t withdraw my money please urgent help is needed because I borrowed the money all in the name of returning it to the owner immediately I get paid
