I was ordered a prestige gas burner from amazon and i got this item but it’s not working properly and also i have a space issue with that product. So I decided to return. And next i raise the return request. 1st thing that 1st attempt of return is failed, no one come to take this pakage again I complained on customer care then they scheduled my return again. Again no one come then 3rd time one delivery man come for pickup and take the gas burner. Also he checked before take return. After then it’s more then 10 days and I don’t get my refund. And when i compain about my refund they told me that they received a junk product from my side. How is it possible. Amazon delivery boy check that item bofore recv.
