Text of Complaint by Charu:

I registered complaint to Mivi support that my headset wasn’t working properly.
They arranged pickup so that my headset could reach to then and they test it. It’s been more than 2 weeks they are not responding to my emails. They didn’t even returned or replaced my new headset as per warranty rules
