I took out loan last year.they told me it would come out my acct. on the day they said was supposed to be withdrawn they did not collect the payment, they never did.i sent email asking them how to pay they never replied.. I lost my phone so I was trying to explain that I had different number.. the problem I have is they never sent me anything in the mail saying I owe and this is how to pay..they explained it would be taken automatically out of my account which never happened. I did get one email in January and said it was late,I replied to ask how to repay they did not respond. So I did not get any emails after that,no phone calls prior to me losing my phone . No voice mail,no withdrawals and I am not sure but it’s been months since this mess. So now what…I am not sure what this is but I can’t think they want the whole payment when they never collected this is on there end.They knew my account number and they never contacted me. I can’t open the link and I am wondering if this is a scam.i have been getting weird calls no voice-mail lately..don’t do it
