I have ordered product through the website of lovely bra on 03/10/24 and via Instagram I have received the message of delivery update via a logistics company Ekart and on 05/10/2024 I have received the order via Ekart and after the payment was done of 599 I have had to opened the box which is containing the product and I have received the dupatta like product which has been used and very bad. . And I’m requesting for the refund of 599 which has been made by me if the refund is not provided to me as soon as possible I’ll make them suffer the legal consequences and also pay me for may mental damage which is occurred due the wrong delivery of product.
