I got totally a wrong product by bass guru on 14th july from the bass guru website,because of their offer I ordered a sony ear pods and 1 headsets but I got a third class headphone and its completely different item from the pictures they shown in website description, which don’t even cost rupees.100 ,I paid Rs.1599 not at all worth, it is completely scam. They haven’t provide any specific way to get our money back they are so screwed,I tried to return their this cheap product but I didn’t get any way to reach them, simply I want my money back,
The website is showing different name and images on the website and sending wrong products to customers
