I have started a new account in fyp a two weeks ago now I can’t add money and they telling that my KYC has been expired due to RBI guidelines because of that I want to create new account with new Aadhaar number a new phone number and I have bought a 199rupees atm card from fyp and then I asked for the will you give me a new card they tell that we can’t do it I have just booked it and got it before 5 days before and now that company says that they can’t do anything kindly do take any actions to solve my problem
