I tried to buy a led headlight light some months ago and as per their policy in cod we have to pay 10 percent of total amount online and left amount will be collected by cod
So when i done payment by phonepe and its redirected me to an error page and 211 rupees gone then i thought it will be refund and second day also tried to buy and this time used internet banking and same story happened this time 213 rupees gone i complained phone pe and also rideindiaride but they blaming on each other and no results came then i thought to leave that matter
Then almost 1 month leter rideindiaride sent me an ad of their products to my WhatsApp and then i reminded that story again and they checked and told me that your money was stucked in middle and tomorrow we will get that amount so your order is confirmed but i already purchased that product from other sources so i told them to cancel it and give me my refund but they refused and told me to buy other items on my need but that time i didn’t needed any thing so i told them to do later and they told me this 424 rupees will be saved for my next purchase and now i want a product and trying to contact them from 1 week but they are not responding
Many time I called, i whatsapp, i email even i sent message to thier Instagram account but they are not responding
